Common questions

Does Pulseble involve betting or money prizes?

No. You never pay to make a call, nothing is staked, and there are no odds, prizes or payouts. Points and streaks are bragging rights only.

When can I use Pulseble?

Pulseble arrives in early 2027.

How do I report a problem from the app?

Open Settings, then Help, then Report a problem. We read every report. If you or someone else is unsafe, choose "Someone or something feels unsafe," and we will review your report first.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.

This cannot be undone. Your username, display name and sign-in are removed right away. If you started a circle, it is offered to another member to run. A circle with no other members is closed. Your past calls stay in your circles, shown as "A former member."

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play. If you have one, cancel it in your store's subscription settings first, or you will keep being charged. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

Who can join my circle?

Only people with your circle's code can join. You can also turn on approval for your circle, so no one joins until you say yes. Share your code with anyone you want to invite.
