Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website. It does not yet cover the TimeStamp or Pulseble mobile apps — those will have their own policies before they ship.

What we collect

If you join a waitlist, we store your email address, which product you signed up for, and the date. We also store a short tag describing how you found us — for example, that you scanned a QR code on a flyer, or arrived from a social media link. That tag comes from the web address you arrived on, not from anything about you personally.

We use PostHog for basic website analytics (pages visited, rough traffic numbers). We do not run ads, we do not sell your data, and we do not share your email with anyone outside the services listed below.

Who processes it

• Supabase — stores the waitlist database.
• Resend — sends your confirmation email.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• PostHog — website analytics.

Why we collect it

To email you when the product you asked about is ready, and to understand which of our efforts actually reach people. That's all. Emails go out rarely, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist it belongs to has served its purpose and been retired.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@appfoundrylabs.com and we'll handle it. If you're in the EU/UK or California, you have these rights under the GDPR and the CCPA respectively; we extend them to everyone regardless of where you are.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we'll remove it.
