Safety

Pulseble is made for families and close friends, including teenagers. Safety is part of how it works, not a setting you have to find.

Private circles

Every circle is private, and only its members can see anything in it. People join with the circle's code, and a founder can also require approval before anyone joins. The founder can remove a member at any time.

No stranger can contact you

Pulseble is for people who already know each other. There are no direct messages, so no one can contact you through Pulseble.

No public feed

Your calls are shown only to your circle, and only after the reveal. Other members never see your email address, birth year or location.

Every question is screened

Every question passes a safety check before anyone sees it, including questions a circle's founder writes. We can remove any question at any time. In circles of more than five members, questions are never about any one person.

Usernames, circle names and questions must be kind and clean: no profanity, slurs, insults, or sexual or crude content.

Built with teens in mind

You must be at least 13 to use Pulseble in the United States and Canada, and at least 18 everywhere else. Members aged 13 to 17 give a parent's or guardian's email address. We send that parent or guardian a notice about the account, with a link they can use to close it at any time.

For everyone under 18:

  • Their birth year and age are never shown to other members.
  • Questions never ask about a child's results in school, sports leagues or other organized activities.

Your information

We never show ads, never sell your information and never use it to train AI models. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Reporting and blocking

You can report a question or a member, and block a member, at any time. Reports come to Pulseble, never to the circle's founder. We read every report.

To raise a safety concern by email, write to safety@pulseble.com.

If someone is in danger right now, contact your local emergency services.
